Targeted Ads Preferences

This document is an operational template for SocialLitr. It is not a substitute for independent legal advice.

1. Our approach

Litrgroup Limited aims to be transparent about advertising-related processing. By default, marketing and advertising cookies are off until you opt in through our cookie banner or Cookie settings. We do not sell personal data.

2. What “targeted ads” means here

Targeted or interest-based advertising uses information about your activity (for example pages visited or campaign parameters) to measure or improve ads. On SocialLitr, this only happens if:

• you grant the Marketing cookie category; and/or
• we enable a marketing/measurement tag that is gated behind that consent.

3. How to opt out

1. Open Cookie settings and turn off Marketing (and Analytics if you prefer).
2. Choose Reject non-essential on the cookie banner if you have not decided yet.
3. If your browser supports Global Privacy Control (GPC), we treat marketing preferences as opted out when that signal is present.
4. Use industry tools such as DAA or Your Online Choices (EU) for participating ad networks on other sites.

4. Analytics vs marketing

Analytics helps us understand product usage and is separate from marketing. You can allow analytics while keeping marketing off. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

5. Affiliate or referral tracking

If we run referral programmes in the future, related cookies would fall under marketing/preferences and would require consent before use, unless they are strictly necessary to complete a transaction you requested.
